How long is the tachograph inspection valid?
The technical inspection and calibration of the tachograph are valid for 2 years, provided that the size of the drive tires is not changed and no intervention is made on the gearbox or motion sensors.
What documents are required for the ITP inspection?
You need the original Vehicle Registration Certificate, the original Vehicle Identity Card (CIV) or a certified copy for leasing vehicles, the ID card of the person presenting the vehicle, and a valid RCA insurance policy.
What documents are required for the periodic tachograph / speed limiter inspection?
You need the original Vehicle Identity Card (CIV) or a certified copy from the leasing company, the original Vehicle Registration Certificate, the ID card of the person presenting the vehicle, and the certified copy of the transport operator's Transport License or Operating License.

Do you offer warranty for purchased parts and service work?
Yes. All repairs include a written labor warranty according to RAR regulations, and the spare parts and tires sold in our shop come with the manufacturer's official warranty.
Do you keep tires or spare parts in stock, or only by order?
We keep a permanent stock of over 5,000 items, including commonly used spare parts and Premium or Budget tires for trucks and semitrailers, so most interventions can be handled immediately.
What safety measures are provided in the Agigea truck parking area?
The parking area is fully fenced, lit at night, and secured through continuous video surveillance (CCTV) and human security 24/7. Drivers also have access to showers and restrooms.
Is an appointment required for tire service or vehicle service?
We recommend scheduling by phone to guarantee immediate reception, but we also handle urgent cases that appear directly on the route, on DN38 / E675, depending on the technical capacity available at that time.
Can several services be completed during the same stop?
Yes, this is the main advantage of our Agigea complex. You can combine ITP inspection, tachograph calibration, tire/service intervention, semitrailer washing, and truck parking without losing time on separate trips.
What types of tachographs can you inspect and calibrate at the Agigea station?
We are RAR-authorized for the inspection, calibration, and sealing of all tachograph types: analog, digital, and the latest smart generations, Smart 1 and Smart 2, compliant with the EU Mobility Package.
Do you provide wheel alignment services for trucks and semitrailers?
Yes, we perform wheel alignment using laser equipment dedicated to heavy-duty vehicles, an essential service for preventing uneven tire wear and reducing fuel consumption.
How can I pay for parking, truck wash, or service work?
We accept cash, card payment directly at reception, or bank transfer based on invoice / collaboration contract for fleet customers.
How can I check part compatibility before coming to the shop?
You can send us the vehicle chassis number (VIN) by e-mail/WhatsApp, and our team will check compatibility free of charge in the manufacturers' programs before delivery.
